A group of Zayed University Students from the college of Health Science organized a two-day awareness campaign about Road Safety at Mirdif City Centre in collaboration with MCC and RTA to increase awareness among public about the main causes of road traffic injuries and measures to decrease the number of road incidents.
The “You know it makes sense” campaign is part of Health promotion course offered by Zayed University. The campaign comes in the context of implementing what’s learned in class rooms in real life and particularly focus on the social aspects.
Dr. Sulaiman Al Jassim, Vice President of Zayed University said that the campaign’s objective is to promote community awareness about an important issue that requires unlimited efforts to Increase the level of Road safety and decrease it’s risk. As well as help involved organizations in this sector to spread awareness in this regard.
