Following its debut in London’s Shoreditch later this month, the world’s first 3D printing pop-up restaurant will be visiting Dubai.

Food Ink, described by Lonely Planet as a conceptual dinner series, is travelling to 21 cities around the world, bringing together cuisine, technology and art.

At each city, a nine-course tasting menu with wine pairing will be served, with 3D printing technology (the byFlow Focus 3D-printer) used to create the dishes in front of diners’ eyes.

The menu has been designed and will be implemented by an international team of chefs and artists. More info
