Overview

Arabia Taxi under the ownership of Sheikh Sohail Bin Khalifa Bin Saeed Al Maktoum & Sheikh Majid Bin Hamad Al Qasimi.

The Rulers of Dubai under the Decree no. 5 of 1994 empowered DTC to operate a Fleet of Public Transport taxi and authorized the corporation to grant franchise to one or more National companies to carry out some of its business under conditions and standards set by DTC. And similar franchise has been greeted to CARS Taxi, National Taxi and Metro Taxi. The total number of taxis operating in Dubai shall be 5462 of cars 2700 are operated by DTC and 2262 taxis equally shared are operated by CARS Taxi, National and Metro Taxi, in addition 500 taxis that will be operated by Arabia Taxi.

DTC has the expertise needed in the field of public transport services and had made efforts, spent time and money for more than 10 years in order to develop the industry and organize the activities the agreement between the DTC and Arabia Taxi is valid for 3 years the agreement provided the condition and specification required in the Taxis allowed to the operator.

Lost & Found

All lost & found complaints are attended by trained customer care officer.

Many a times the passengers leave their belongings in the taxi when they are travelling. It is the major responsibility of the taxi company to return their left behind belongings to the passengers.
