Road works are giving prestigious New Dubai a bad reputation, said residents, complaining that they are never-ending. Progress with road works is obvious in and around The Springs and Meadows, but there seems to be no end to construction works on roads and roundabouts around The Lakes, Meadows, Al Barsha and Tecom.
