The Dubai Taxi Corporation (DTC) at the Roads & Transport Authority (RTA), has recently opened the ‘Union Rest House’ at its Head Office in Muhaisna, in the context of the 41st UAE National Day celebrations, in a bid to raise the satisfaction of cabdrivers; which in turn would step up the DTC’s operational efficiency and contribute to customers satisfaction rating.

Dubai motorists notched up an additional AED72m in driving fines in the first three months of the year, compared to the same period in 2009, the city’s Roads and Transport Authority said.
