RTA proposes temporary one-year licence for drivers under 21
The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) announced in a statement that it has submitted a proposal to implement a temporary one-year driving licence for drivers under the age of 21. The statement was issued to reveal findings of a study carried out by the RTA on traffic safety and the extent of drivers’ compliance with road safety legislations.
