Dubai Taxi Corporation assures taking the initiative to provide innovative services for its customer. SMSTaxi Service has been introduced as a new way to make taxi reservations. This service doesn’t required special registrations procedures. To use this service, the customer only has to enter the area number shown in the SMS board in a text message (SMS) and sends it to (4774).
This service is connected with the Distribution and Reservation system, thus the request is directly sent to the system to assign a vacant taxi for the customer’s request.
Key benefits: No registration required.Reduce efforts to make taxi reservations.
Usage Conditions: Send the area number to the service number (4774). Area Number should be sent in English.
Usage Steps: Type the Area Number (English Digits) according to the area you are in. Send the SMS to 4774. The “Reservation Number” will be sent via SMS to your mobile number.
