The Dubai Taxi Corporation (DTC) at the Roads & Transport Authority (RTA) has signed an agreement with Lama Desert Tours & Cruises L.L.C., a leading provider of tourist services in Dubai.

According to the agreement, the Company will use DTC’s Limousines & chauffeurs in running tourist activities.

The step follows the recent launch of DTC Tours Service during the recent Arabian Travel Market 2017.

Dr. Yousef Mohammed Al Ali, CEO of Dubai Taxi Corporation, signed the agreement for DTC, and Kulwant Singh, CEO and MD of Lama Desert Tours & Cruises, signed on behalf of the Company. The agreement provides for the two parties to share experience in tours and offering tourist services to visitors and tourists of the Emirate by the company through using DTC’s limos and their chauffeurs. The service if available on demand at the Dubai Taxi Call Center (80088088), customers’ happiness centres at airports, and malls.

“This agreement is part of RTA’s strategy aimed at broadening the scope of cooperation & partnership with the private sector with the aim of bringing about a substantial improvement in customers service experience. It aims to increase the operational efficiency of DTC’s assets through offering them for use in a new style capable of enriching the experience of customers, visitors and residents of the Emirate. It enables offering reliable & safe services onboard DTC’s limos supported by chauffeurs trained on tourist guidance,” said Al Ali.
