Commercial Bank of Dubai sponsor the second leg of Meydan’s double- header weekend of racing on Friday highlighted by the Al Fahidi Fort, a Group Two contest run on the turf over 1600m.
Meydan’s Chairman of the Board and CEO Saeed Humaid Al Tayer said: “Commercial Bank of Dubai has been a loyal supporter of racing in the UAE over the years, and we are thankful for their generous support.
“Last week saw impressive results from our local stables, as well as South Africa, Turkey and Ireland registering stellar performances. It’s a taste of things to come and I am sure Commercial Bank of Dubai will be rewarded with an exciting race meeting this Friday.”

Friday’s meeting offers a number of hospitality options available to suit all tastes. Entrance to the public areas of Meydan Racecourse is free of charge and there are also complimentary transfers at the end of the night from Meydan Racecourse to Emirates Towers and Souk Madinat.
The Dubai Transport Company Operates a taxi service from Meydan with the taxi drop-off and pick up point located outside the Meydan Grandstand.
